CHARGES BEFORE OCCUPANCY. 13.1 The Housing Application Fee is non-­‐refundable under any circumstance. 13.2 All Students are required to pay a $135 Room Damage and Key Deposit before obtaining a room key. The $135 is refundable when the Student leaves University housing if the keys are returned and no undue damage is done.
