CHARGES FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SERVICES. Lessee hereby agrees to pay for all heat, water, sewer service charge, light, gas, power, telephone, custodial services, garbage collection, and other services supplied to the premises. Lessor shall not be responsible for the failure or interruption of any such service furnished the premises.
