Charges Generally. The Charges for a Service will be specified in the Service Order, and fixed-amount Charges will be valid for the Initial Term of that Service absent a and express provision to the contrary appearing in an Addendum, a Service-Specific Special Term, or in a Service Schedule, which then shall govern. Orixcom may vary its Charges at any time after expiration of the Initial Term upon 30 days prior written notice to Customer.
