Charges Not Previously Invoiced. Without limiting DSLnet's obligation to pay Verizon's invoices described in the foregoing provisions of this section 3.8, Verizon may, but shall not be required to, use a true up to recover from DSLnet any transitional rate increases described in section 3 of this Amendment that DSLnet has incurred but for which Verizon has not already billed to DSLnet. Verizon may not charge late payments or penalties if DSLnet pays Verizon's true up ▇▇▇▇ within the period of time required to avoid late payments or penalties under the billing provisions of the Agreement.
