Charges Per Service. The detailed Charges (per Service) payable by a Party to the other in respect of the provision of Services are set out below. 3.1 Calls conveyed by MTN SA: 3.1.1 In consideration for the conveyance on the MTN SA System of any Call originating on the OLO System, the OLO shall pay to MTN SA, for each rate group specified in the Tariff Structure, an amount calculated in accordance with the following formula: X = the amount in Rand to be paid to MTN SA by the OLO for the rate group referred to in B in respect of a particular Billing Period; and A = the total duration in seconds of all Calls referred to in this paragraph 3.1.1 for such rate group in respect of such Billing Period; and B = the applicable per minute interconnect rate for a particular rate group as specified in the Tariff Structure.

Related to Charges Per Service

  • Monthly Fees ACS will ▇▇▇▇ Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.

  • Service Fees Pricing and procedure details provided in the original signed agreement.

  • Service Charges No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants.

  • Minimum Revenue Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have Revenue from sales, marketing or distribution of the Product and related services (for each respective measured period, the “Minimum Required Revenue”): (a) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2015, of at least $45,000,000; (b) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2016, of at least $80,000,000; (c) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2017, of at least $110,000,000; and (d) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2018, of at least $120,000,000; and (e) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2019, of at least $120,000,000.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.
