Charging Requirements. (A) Company shall be responsible for arranging, managing, purchasing, and scheduling all of the Charging Energy for the Battery Storage System in accordance with the terms of Section 7.3 and Exhibit O – Battery Storage System Operating Procedures. Seller will be responsible for delivery of Solar Charging Energy from the Solar Facility to the Battery Storage System. Company shall deliver Grid Charging Energy to the Point of Delivery, and Seller shall be responsible for accepting and transferring Grid Charging Energy from the Point of Delivery to the Battery Storage System. Seller shall be responsible for delivering all Discharging Energy up to the Point of Delivery. Company shall be responsible for accepting and transferring all Discharging Energy at and from the Point of Delivery. (B) Seller shall take any and all action necessary to allow the delivery of Charging Energy to the Battery Storage System in order to deliver Energy in accordance with the terms of this PPA, including maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment in Seller’s possession or control used to deliver the Charging Energy from the Point of Delivery to the Battery Storage System and receive any such Charging Energy at the Point of Delivery. (C) Except with respect to the establishment of the ability to deliver Charging Energy to the Battery Storage System, Company shall be responsible for the costs associated with supplying and delivering any Grid Charging Energy to the Point of Delivery; provided, that (i) Seller shall be responsible for certain costs arising out of a Seller Initiated Test as set forth in Section 5.6 and (ii) Seller shall be responsible for charging the Battery Storage System from Renewable Energy generated by the Solar Facility to the extent Seller is directed to do so by Company.
Charging Requirements. If neither the EV Buses nor the Charging Equipment (or any component thereof) are (a) suspended as set forth in Section 4.7, (b) in use by the School Board for school operations, or (c) undergoing routine or extraordinary maintenance, the EV Buses shall be connected to the Charging Equipment and may be utilized by Dominion Energy Virginia as a grid asset: At least 80% of the afternoons during the summer break from the regular school year.

Related to Charging Requirements

  • Funding Requirements If Subrecipient receives funds pursuant to this Contract for more than one program, the funds received by Subrecipient for each program shall be expended only for that program, and Subrecipient shall not expend more funds for any program than are set forth in the Attachment C, Budget Schedule(s) for that program. Subrecipient shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Contract with at least the minimum number and type of staff and volunteers required for provision of the services described. Such staff and volunteers shall be qualified in accordance with all applicable statutes and regulations. Subrecipient agrees to submit to Administrator, upon request, a list of persons, including employees, subcontractors and volunteers, who are to provide such services, and any changes to said list, by name, title, professional degree, and experience.

  • Monitoring Requirements This Schedule sets out the contract management requirements which are applicable to the delivery of the Services.

  • Trunking Requirements The Parties will provide designed Interconnection facilities that meet the same technical criteria and service standards, such as probability of blocking in peak hours and transmission standards, in accordance with current industry standards.

  • ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Eligible Purchasers shall order Goods and/or Services from this Contract, consistent with the terms hereof and by using any ordering mechanism agreeable both to Contractor and Purchaser but including, at a minimum, a purchase order. When practicable, Contractor and Purchaser also shall use telephone orders, email orders, web- based orders, and similar procurement methods (collectively “Purchaser Order”). All Purchase Orders must reference the Contract number. The terms of this Contract shall apply to any Purchase Order and, in the event of any conflict, the terms of this Contract shall prevail. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in no event shall any ‘click-agreement,’ software or web-based application terms and conditions, or any other agreement modify the terms and conditions of this Contract.

  • Testing Requirements 12.1. Workplaces - 12.2. On workplaces where the value of the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $5,000,000, and represents at least 50% of the total construction project value or the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $10,000,000 (irrespective of its proportion of the total construction project value) the following minimum testing requirements must be adhered to.
