Charitable Organization Donation. Any employee claiming objection to payment of dues and fees to the Association based on bonafide religious tenets or teachings shall notify the Association and the District of such objection, in writing, within ten (10) days of commencement of employment. If an employee objects to the payment of a representation fee or agency shop fee, said employee shall pay an amount of money equivalent to regular dues and fees to a bonafide nonreligious charitable organization or other charitable organization pursuant to RCW 41.59.100.

  • Due Organization, etc Parent is a company duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation. Parent has all necessary corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby. The execution and delivery of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby by Parent have been duly authorized by all necessary action on the part of Parent.
