Charter Continuation. This Agreement is contingent upon the continuation of Mountain Mahogany Community School charter. If Mountain Mahogany Community School charter is revoked during the term of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate immediately upon written notice of such by Mountain Mahogany Community School to ACES.
