Charter Documents and Subsidiaries. Company has provided to Cornell a true and complete copy of the Charter Documents as in effect on the Closing Date. Company does not own or control, directly or indirectly, any capital stock or other direct or indirect ownership interest in any corporation, partnership, trust, joint venture, limited liability company, association or other business entity.
