Charter Documents; Good Standing Certificates. Copies of the certificate of incorporation of the Borrower, together with all amendments and other modifications thereto, certified by the appropriate governmental officer in its jurisdiction of incorporation, together with a good standing certificate issued by the Secretary of State of the jurisdiction of its incorporation and such other jurisdictions as shall be requested by the Administrative Agent.
