Such Charter Services shall be negotiated separately, and delineated in writing, signed by the Parties hereto, and incorporated into this Agreement. Rates for Charter Services shall be comparable to such rates that are equal to or less than those that are standard in the industry or those rates charged for the operation ofthe FlyAway Bus Service, herein, whichever is the lowest cost. Operator shall coordinate its activities in such a manner so as to ensure that the FlyAway Bus Service is not compromised in any way due to engagement in such Charter Services.”
Charter Services. ProFlite shall operate all flights conducted pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the applicable provisions of Part 135 of the FARs. In addition, ProFlite shall provide the following services as requested by Customer and as appropriate: i) schedule and dispatch flight; ii) arrange ground transportation requirements for Aircraft passengers; iii) arrange for catering; iv) arrange for landing permits, clearances, and ground handling for domestic and international destinations; and v) coordinate aircraft movements to support Customer’s travel schedule.
Charter Services. Your charter includes the services of a Captain. You are responsible for the cost of all meals, water, other beverages, fuel, dockage, mooring fees and other goods and services to be consumed during the charter. You are responsible for the cost of all third-party goods and services purchased while on the charter. You are responsible for the cost of refilling the water and fuel tanks on the Vessel and the dinghy prior to check-out or you will be charged the cost thereof and an additional $50.00 service fee. If the Vessel and dinghy are not returned in clean condition (i.e. dishes washed, trash gathered, open food discarded and dirty linen piled at the base of each cabin, etc.), there will be a cleaning fee of $150.00 that will be deduced from the Security Deposit. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is responsible for ensuring that no Passengers under the age of 21 consume any alcoholic beverages. Tips for the Captain are not included (normally 15% to 20% of the captain fee).
Charter Services. During the Term, MARCHI shall provide Charter Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article V of the Agreement.
Charter Services. 10.1 The Contractor shall provide from time-to-time, as the Municipality may request, charter services using the municipally-owned buses licensed under the Public Vehicle Act. 10.2 Charter services will not interfere with or jeopardize the regular transit service. 10.3 Payment for charter services will be at the rate provided for Service in Schedule J except where, because of scheduling, an employee is brought in to operate the charter.
Charter Services. 3.1 The Carrier shall provide the Charterer with the air transportation services set forth in Annex II (hereinafter the “Charter Services”). The Charter Services shall include the carriage of passengers and their baggage by air from the airport of the place of departure to the airport of the place of arrival. The Charter Services shall not include ground transportation outside the airport or the fulfilment of any permission or formalities which are required by the official bodies in the designated place in order to permit the entry of every single passenger or his baggage. 3.2 The flight schedule set forth in Annex II is subject to the coordination of slots. If the Carrier does not notify the Charterer about another flight schedule at least three (3) days before the departure of the Flight, the flight schedule set forth in Annex II is applicable. The departure and arrival times serve only for guidance and are subject to operational changes. The Charter Services are provided irrespective of other means of transport and the Carrier does not guarantee any connection to other means of transport. 3.3 The Carrier shall ensure that the Charter Services are provided by airworthy Aircraft that are suitable for the required purpose and properly equipped and maintained and that the Charter Services are provided by a flight crew and other personnel who are fully licensed for the duties required under this Agreement.
Charter Services. So long as the Customer is in compliance with this agreement, the Company will operate flights for the Customer in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Company’s pilots shall be in command of the aircraft at all times shall be entitled to make all decisions regarding the boarding (or refusal to board) any passengers and acceptance or rejection of any Baggage for flight. A Cabin Attendant may be provided to perform customer service duties. A Cabin Attendant is not a qualified Flight Attendant and will not be available to provide any safety related briefings and/or act in a safety elated capacity.
Charter Services. SRT shall, if and to the extent requested by any Charter Service operator or open access train operator and subject to the payment by such operator of any reasonable costs of SRT, co-operate in the provision by such operator of railway passenger services to facilitate the use of the railway network to support and promote tourism and sustainable economic development within Scotland including without prejudice to the foregoing generality subject to obtaining SRH’s consent to do so, flexing SRT’s timetable to allow such services to be run. 1. Integrated Transport Schemes 1.1 SRT shall participate in and comply with its obligations under the Integrated Transport Schemes listed in paragraph 1 of the Appendix to this Schedule 2.5 (List of Transport, Travel and Other Schemes). 1.2 As and when required by SRH, SRT shall co-operate with the development and promotion of any schemes proposed by SRH or any third party (including, without limitation, any Local Authority and/or the Authority) and which relate to the integration of any other form of transport with the Operator Services. If SRH reasonably considers that SRT's participation in any such scheme would have no adverse financial effect on SRT, SRH shall be entitled, but not obliged, to designate any such scheme as an Integrated Transport Scheme. 1.3 If and to the extent that SRH designates any further integrated transport scheme or proposed scheme as an Integrated Transport Scheme for the purposes of this paragraph 1 then SRT shall participate in and comply with its obligations under such scheme and take such other steps as SRH may reasonably require. 1.4 SRH shall consult SRT before designating any scheme an Integrated Transport Scheme under paragraph 1.2 and shall allow SRT a reasonable opportunity to make representations to it with respect to any such designation. 1.5 If SRT's participation in any Integrated Transport Scheme or proposed scheme would have an adverse financial effect on SRT, SRH may designate such scheme or proposed scheme as an Integrated Transport Scheme for the purposes of this paragraph 1 and SRT shall participate in and comply with its obligations under such scheme and take such steps as SRH may reasonably require. SRT’s compliance with this paragraph 1.5 shall constitute a Change.
Charter Services. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all outside charter work is performed using a Durham School Services owned bus. All charter work will also be tracked with a trip sheet that includes: customer name, mileage operated, fuel used and receipt showing purchase, date and time.
