Check Measurements. 26.1 The department reserves to itself the right to prescribe a scale of check measurement of work in general or specific scale for specific works or by other special orders. 26.2 Checking of measurement by superior officer shall supersede measurements by subordinate officer(s), and the former will become the basis of the payment. 26.3 Any over/excess payments detected, as a result of such check measurement or 'otherwise at any stage up to the date of completion of the defect liability period specified in this contract, shall be recoverable from the Contractor, as per clause 24 above.

  • Usage Measurement Usage measurement for calls shall begin when answer supervision or equivalent Signaling System 7 (SS7) message is received from the terminating office and shall end at the time of call disconnect by the calling or called subscriber, whichever occurs first.

  • Measurements Units set out in SI (metric) are the governing units for the purposes of this Contract. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point ▇▇▇▇▇▇. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.
