CHECK-OFF REMITTANCE. The Union agrees to notify the Company in writing of the amount of the dues or any initiation fees or assessments to be deducted from Officers. This amount may only be changed through written notification. Such notices must bear the seal of the Union and the signature of its proper official. Dues and other monies collected shall be remitted to the Financial Secretary for the Union accompanied by a list for said deductions by the 15th day of the following month.
