Check Stubs. Information concerning hours worked for field trips, extra runs, etc. is to be filled out in duplicate by the classified employee, and sent to the Treasurer’s office. One copy will be returned to the classified employee with his/her next check, showing the hours for which he/she is being paid. 7.6.1 Information concerning overtime is to be filled out in duplicate by the custodian and sent to the Treasurer’s office. One copy will be returned to the custodian with the employee’s next paycheck, showing the hours for which the employee is being paid.
