Common use of Checking Accounts Clause in Contracts

Checking Accounts. The Credit Union is authorized to pay checks signed by any Trustee and to charge any payment against the checking account. In addition to the other terms set forth in Section V (Checking Accounts) of this Agreement, it is agreed that the front side of all checks shall at a minimum contain the name of the Trust and authorized Trustee(s).
