Common use of Checking and Savings Accounts Clause in Contracts

Checking and Savings Accounts. If your account maintains a bal- ance, but you do not make any deposits to or withdrawals from your account for a period of one year (12 consecutive months), we automatically will change the status of your account to “dormant” for the purpose of determining when your property is deemed abandoned. If any deposits or withdrawals are made after your account has been placed in dormant status, your account will be changed back to active status.
