Checkoff of Dues. 26.01 The Company agrees to deduct the membership dues, assessments, and initiation fees weekly from the wages or salary of such employees and remit the same to the union, by the fourteenth (14th) day of the following month. Not more than one week’s dues will be deducted from one week’s wages of an employee in any one week. 26.02 Sums so deducted by the Employer shall be held in trust by the Company for the benefit of the Union.
