Chief Judge. If the grievance is not settled at Step 1, the grievance may be referred in writing, within five (5) working days after the decision of the Chief Managing Officer to the Chief Judge of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. Within twenty (20) working days after the grievance has been filed, the Chief Judge and/or his/her designee shall meet with the Council and the grievant to discuss the grievance and make a good faith effort to resolve the grievance. The Chief Judge or his/her designee shall respond in writing to the grievant within ten (10) working days following the meeting.
