Child Abuse Reporting Requirement. Performing Agency shall comply with child abuse reporting guidelines and requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261 relating to investigations of reports of child abuse and neglect. Performing Agency shall develop, implement, and enforce a written child abuse reporting policy, and shall train all staff on reporting requirements.

Child Abuse Reporting Requirement. a. Performing Agency shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting guidelines and requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261 relating 261. This section is in addition to investigations and does not supersede any other legal obligation of reports of the Performing Agency to report child abuse and neglect. abuse.
b. Performing Agency shall develop, implement, implement and enforce a written child abuse reporting policypolicy that includes at a minimum the System Agency’s Child Abuse Screening, Documenting, and shall Reporting Policy for Performing Agency/Providers and train all staff on reporting requirements.
c. Performing Agency shall use the System Agency Child Abuse Reporting Form located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as required by the System Agency. Performing Agency shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
