Chinese Walls. As further set out in our Conflicts of Interest Policy, we maintain arrangements which restrict access by our employees to information relating to areas of our business (and that of affiliates) with which, and the affairs of clients with whom, they are not directly concerned. Accordingly: 9.3.1 we will provide services to you from time to time under these terms on the basis of information known to the particular employees who are at the time handling your affairs; 9.3.2 we will not be required to have regard to or disclose to you or make use of any information known to those employees, or to any of our other employees, agents or affiliates, which belongs to or is confidential to another client, or to us or which is not known to those employees; and 9.3.3 in exceptional circumstances, we may be unable to deal with you in relation to particular investments and be unable to disclose the reason for this.

  • Telework Members are eligible for teleworking during the professional work days designated for grading and reporting at the end of the first, second and third grading periods, and on the day of the Maryland State Education Association Convention if that day is a duty day for teachers. a. The principal will determine which positions, if any may need to be on site for all or part of the day to support other professionals in the building or to fulfill their professional responsibilities. b. With the approval of the Principal, school-based educators who have demonstrated the ability to meet their professional responsibilities, including grade submission according to Board policy may telework on the professional work day at the end of each of the first three marking periods. c. First year teachers will be required to work on site for the first two marking periods on these days. d. Upon request a written rationale will be provided by the supervisor to any educator whose request to telework is denied. e. Items a-d above do not apply to the MSEA Convention Day.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.

  • Sprinkler System TWENTY-SIXTH.--If there now is or shall be installed in said building a "sprinkler system" the Tenant agrees to keep the appliances thereto in the demised premises in repair and good working condition, and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Exchange or any bureau, department of official of the State or local government requires or recommends that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of the Tenant's business, or the location of partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the demised premises, or if such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment in the demised premises are necessary to prevent the imposition of a penalty or charge against the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate as fixed by said Exchange, or by any Fire Insurance Company, the Tenant will at the Tenant's own expense, promptly made and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment. As additional rent hereunder the Tenant will pay to the Landlord, annually in advance, throughout the term $ toward the contract price for sprinkler supervisory service.

  • Developer’s Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.
