Common use of Choice of Law and Severability Clause in Contracts

Choice of Law and Severability. It is the desire and intention of the parties that the provisions of this Agreement shall be governed and enforced to the fullest extent permissible under the laws and public policies of the States of the Agencies. Accordingly, if any particular provisions of this Agreement shall be adjudicated to be invalid or unenforceable without affecting the binding force of the Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect after deleting such provision.
