CHP Program MW Counting Precedent or Use. 5.3.1 The Parties acknowledge that the MW counting pursuant to this Section 5, or the specific, individual project capacity counting levels for the CHP Program shall not establish a precedent or be used for any other purpose, or with any other agency for establishing available capacity from any individual CHP Facility.
