Common use of CIBC Account Clause in Contracts

CIBC Account. On or prior to the date of the initial Advance, the Borrower will direct CIBC Bank USA (or the appropriate affiliate or branch of CIBC Bank USA) to sweep any amounts on deposit in the CIBC Account to the Collection Account on a daily basis.
