Circulating Assets. The Grantor may sell or otherwise deal with the Circulating Assets in the ordinary course of its ordinary business on reasonable commercial terms unless and until: (a) any Event of Default occurs, or (b) the Secured Party gives the Grantor a notice not to do so.
