The City Liaison clause designates a specific individual or office within the city government to act as the primary point of contact for communications and coordination related to the agreement. This liaison is responsible for receiving notices, facilitating approvals, and addressing issues that arise during the execution of the contract. By clearly identifying a central contact, the clause streamlines communication, reduces confusion, and ensures that both parties know whom to approach for official matters, thereby improving efficiency and accountability.
City Liaison. The district shall permit a City liaison to attend and participate at its board meetings for the duration of this Agreement. This liaison shall not be considered an officer or director of the district, but shall be entitled to participate in discussions on matters brought before the board of directors. The City may make recommendations for this board membership to the district’s President or Executive Director. All recommendations will be presented to the district’s board of directors for approval. The City representative shall be a non-elected member of City staff and shall enjoy the same rights and privileges with regard to discussion on issues before the board as other general members of the district board, but shall not be considered as an officer or director of the board. City staff shall not serve as officers of the Board of Directors, and shall also not serve as a Committee Chair. By executing this Agreement, the district certifies that no officer or employee of the City, nor their spouse or child, serves as an officer, partner, director or proprietor of, nor has a material interest in, the district.
City Liaison. City will appoint a liaison as a point of contact for College and to coordinate College's use of the FTF.
City Liaison. Consultant shall communicate with Public Works Supervisor or Public Works Director, who shall be the liaison for the City of ▇▇▇▇▇ Park.

The City shall designate the Director of Public Safety for the City, or his designated substitute, to act on behalf of City of Oak Point and the Oak Point Department of Public Safety, and to serve as "Liaison" for the City with and between City and District. The Director, or his designated substitute, shall insure the performance of all duties and obligations of the City herein stated; and, shall devote sufficient time and attention to the execution of said duties on behalf of the City in full compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and, shall provide immediate and direct supervision of the Oak Point Department of Public Safety employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors, and/or laborers, if any; in the furtherance of the purposes, terms and conditions of this Agreement for the mutual benefit of City and District.
City Liaison. The City shall appoint one or two employees as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, who shall be responsible for coordinating communication between the CAC and the City. The City Liaison(s) shall sit on the CAC as an ex officio member.

City Liaison. All communications, instructions and directions on the part of the CITY shall be communicated exclusively through the Police Chief or the Police Chief's designee.
City Liaison. GRANTOR shall assign GRANTEE a single point of contact to assist in the expedited permitting and inspection of the Project Site.

The City has employed a full-time Recreation Coordinator to provide direct service to the Senior Center members in addition to additional community senior programming for all persons in the City. The Recreation Coordinator will have a dedicated work space at the Senior Center facility and be present on an average 10-20 hours per week.
City Liaison. CITY will designate a representative to act as CITY’s Liaison for CENTER (See Section 2.5). The CITY Liaison shall:
a) Monitor and address CONTRACTOR compliance with the requirements and obligations of CONTRACT;
b) Receive and review quarterly and annual reports required in CONTRACT; including addressing issues identified by CITY Liaison;
c) Conduct performance and compliance reviews, including announced and unannounced site visits to CENTER to observe operations and compliance matters;
d) Attend parent meetings upon request and subject to availability of CITY Liaison;
e) Receive and direct maintenance and repairs requests from CONTRACTOR;
