City Public Improvements Sample Clauses
City Public Improvements. The City will also undertake for the Redevelopment Project the activities identified below (collectively “Redeveloper Public Improvements”):
City Public Improvements. Exhibit E to this Agreement describes each of the public improvements required by the Project Approvals that will be dedicated to the City (“City Public Improvements”).
City Public Improvements. Redeveloper shall cause the City Public Improvements-Infrastructure to be designed in accordance with the City’s Standard Specifications and final construction documents shall be submitted to the Director of the Public Works and Utilities Department for review and approval. The City Public Improvements-Infrastructure will be installed and constructed pursuant to the City’s executive order construction process. The Redeveloper, at its expense, subject to reimbursement as provided in Section 304 (Use of TIF Proceeds) below, will pay for construction inspection, staking and testing of the City Public Improvements-Infrastructure as part of the construction and inspection process.
City Public Improvements. City shall design, construct and install the City Public Improvements in the public right-of-way within the Redevelopment Project Area.. City Public Improvements may include streetscape improvements, landscaping, and public utility and facility improvements. Twenty Thousand and No/100 ($20,000.00) of TIF Bond Proceeds shall be allocated to the City for City Public Improvements as provided in subsection 603 below. Redeveloper shall deposit the entire sum dedicated to City Public Improvements within ten (10) days of the City’s issuance of the Notice to Proceed to the Developer.
City Public Improvements. City shall make public improvements in the Redevelopment Project Area. City Public Improvements may include, but need not be limited to, design and construction of bike lanes on P and Q Streets and improvements to Trago Park within the Project Area and other improvements to the public right of way in the Project Area. Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($500,000) of TIF Bond Proceeds from the sale of TIF Note A shall be allocated to the City for City Public Improvements as provided in Section 603 below as Second TIF Priority Expense Items, and paid to the City as set forth in Section 607 below. The City shall use its best efforts to construct the City Public Improvements immediately adjacent to the Project Site while the Redeveloper Improvements are under construction, and to complete said City Public Improvements immediately adjacent to the Project Site within thirty (30) months from the date of commencement of the Private Improvements. City shall make best efforts to complete City Public Improvements in the Project Area not immediately adjacent to the Project Site within a reasonable timeframe.
City Public Improvements. City shall install City Streetscape Improvements to the public right of way on those portions of right-of-way within the Redevelopment Project Area. City Public Improvements may include, but need not be limited to, design and construction of improved roadway, alley,sidewalks, streetscape, street trees, landscaping and fixtures. City shall accept bids for streetscape construction in the Redevelopment Project Area by no later than January 1, 2025. If Redeveloper pursues Plan A, twenty-one percent (21%) of the TIF Bond Note A proceeds shall be deposited in a City Account dedicated to the ▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Redevelopment Project to be used for City Public Improvements within sixty (60) days of notice that City has accepted a bid for City Streetscape Improvements in the Redevelopment Project Area. If Redeveloper elects to pursue Plan B, twenty-one percent (21%) of TIF Bond Note B proceeds shall also be deposited into a City Account dedicated to the ▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Redevelopment Project within sixty (60) days of notice that City has accepted a bid for Streetscape Improvements in the Redevelopment Project Area.
City Public Improvements. The City, at its expense, will design and construct the Public Parking and Public Streetscape in an amount not to exceed One Hundred and Twenty- Four Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($124,000.00. The City, at its expense, subject to reimbursement from a portion of available TIF Bond Proceeds as provided in section 503 below and shown in the Public Uses and Sources of TIF Funds as shown on Exhibit B will design and construct the Block 52 Improvements within the Project Area. The prior sentence notwithstanding, the City’s obligations to construct the City Public Improvements shall at no time exceed the amounts designated for such uses on Exhibit B of this Agreement. The City will substantially complete the Public Parking and Public Streetscape on or before the completion of the Private Improvements. Upon completion of the City Public Improvements, the City shall be responsible for maintaining the City Public Improvements, at its own cost and expense, and no responsibility thereof shall accrue to the Redeveloper; provided that, the Redeveloper shall take necessary and reasonable steps to protect the Public Improvements from damage during construction of the Private Improvements and be responsible for certain aspects of the Streetscape pursuant to the general terms and provisions of the Streetscape Maintenance Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit E, except for the work to be performed and the specific improvements to be made or maintained under a business improvement district.
City Public Improvements. City Public Improvements for the Gold’s Building Redevelopment Project shall consist of the design, construction, and installation of right of way and streetscape within the Project Area as well as demolition and clearance of the Police Station (“City Improvements”).
City Public Improvements. Site Plan, Design Development Plans and Exterior Construction Documents will be prepared by the City, at its expense, subject to reimbursement with available TIF Proceeds from the Series A TIF Bond as described in this Redevelopment Agreement, for the City Public Improvements to be constructed by the City on the Redevelopment Project Area.
City Public Improvements. The City intends to improve the City Right-of-Way shown on Exhibit A. City Improvements may include, but may not be limited to, landscaping and planting of street trees in the City Right-of-Way (“City Public Improvements”).
