Civil Design Sample Clauses
The Civil Design clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the planning and engineering of civil works within a project. It typically outlines the standards, deliverables, and approval processes for design documents such as site layouts, grading plans, and utility coordination. By specifying these expectations, the clause ensures that all civil design work meets regulatory, safety, and project-specific criteria, thereby reducing the risk of design errors and facilitating smooth project execution.
