CLAIM OF TITLE. 15.1 BTO shall not at any time own or claim any right, title or interest in or to the lands of CANONIE, the Rail Line, the Right-of-Way of CANONIE nor shall the continued existence of this Agreement for any length of time give rise to any right, title or interest in and to the lands, Rail Line or Right-of-Way of CANONIE, or its successors or assigns other than as specifically provided in this Agreement.
