Common use of Claims and Demands Clause in Contracts

Claims and Demands. There are no material and adverse claims or demands based in environmental, contract or tort law pending against the Contractor or any of its Affiliates with respect to any facilities designed or constructed by the Contractor or any of its Affiliates that would have a material and adverse effect upon the ability of the Contractor to perform the Contract Obligations.
