Claims and Timely Assertion of Claims. A party who files a notice of demand for arb demand all claims then known to that party on which arbitration is permitted to be demande include a Claim through oversight, inadvertence or excusable neglect, or when a claim has subsequently, the arbitrators may permit amendment.
