Common use of Claims Data Transfer Clause in Contracts

Claims Data Transfer. The CONTRACTOR must submit on a monthly basis to the DEPARTMENT’S data warehouse vendor, in accordance with the most recent file specification specified by the DEPARTMENT, all claims processed for PARTICIPANTS according to the schedule established in Section III.D.
