Common use of Claims Made Policies Clause in Contracts

Claims Made Policies. If any of the required policies provide claims-made coverage, the coverage shall be maintained for a period of five years after completion of the contract. Consultant may satisfy this requirement by renewal of existing coverage or purchase of either prior acts or tail coverage applicable to said five-year period.
