Common use of Clarification of Board Decision Clause in Contracts

Clarification of Board Decision. a) Should the parties disagree as to the meaning of the Board's decision, either party may apply within (30) days of the date of the decision to the Chair of the Arbitration Board to reconvene the Board to clarify the decision. The Board should make every effort to determine whether the clarification is appropriate and, if so, make such a clarification within seven (7) days of hearing the application.
