CLASS A VEHICLES DEFINED. A vehicles qualifies as a Class A vehicle if, at the Closing Date as defined in Section 1.4, the vehicle: (a) is a passenger car and (i) has less than 50,000 actual miles, and (ii) the difference between the current calendar year and the model year as stated on the certificate of title is 6 or less. (b) is a truck and (i) has less than 60,000 actual miles, and (ii) the difference between the current calendar year and the model year as stated on the certificate of title is 6 or less.
