Common use of Class A Clause in Contracts

Class A. Class A members shall be all Owners, with the exception of the Developer, and shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each Lot owned. When more than one person or entity holds an ownership interest in a Lot, all such persons shall be entitled to one (1) vote, to be exercised as they among themselves determine, but in no event shall more than one (1) vote be cast with respect to any one (1) Lot. If more than one Owner of a Lot attempts to vote on any issue and the attempted votes are not in agreement, no vote shall be counted as to such Lot.

Class A. The Class A members Member shall be all OwnersLot owners, with the exception of the Developer, and Declarant. Class A Members shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each Lot ownedowned (except in the case where more than one Lot is combined for a residence, in which case there shall be only one (1) vote per combined Lot).
