Class Action Grievance. A grievance where circumstances are substantially the same for two (2) or more employees. In cases which are termed "class action," the individual asserting the grievance or Union shall represent the other affected employees.

Class Action Grievance. A Where a group of Employees desire to file a grievance where circumstances are substantially involving a situation affecting each Employee in the same for two manner, one (21) or more employees. In cases which are termed "class action," the individual asserting Employee selected by such group may process the grievance or Union shall represent as a class action grievance, provided each Employee desiring to be included in the other affected employeesclass action grievance signs said grievance.
