CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and among Plaintiff ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (“Plaintiff”), for himself individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class defined below, and Defendant Incode Technologies, Inc.
