Common use of CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. This Settlement Agreement is entered into by and among (i) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇; (ii) the Settlement Class (as defined herein) (the Settlement Class, Dunstan, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ are collectively referred to herein as the “Plaintiffs” unless otherwise noted); and (iii) Defendant comScore, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Defendant” or “comScore”). The Plaintiffs and the Defendant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally and forever resolve, discharge and settle the Released Claims (as the term is defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement, and subject to the final approval of the Court.
