Class Actions and Other Legal Proceedings. The Advisor will not compile or file claims or take any related actions on behalf of the Fund in any class action, bankruptcy or other legal proceeding related to securities currently or previously held in the Wellington Management Portfolio. The Advisor shall provide factual information in its possession as the Trust may reasonably request and shall forward any information it may receive about such actions to the Trust.
