Common use of Class B Incremental Fundings Clause in Contracts

Class B Incremental Fundings. From time to time during the Revolving Period, the Seller and the Servicer may notify the Class B Certificateholders that a Class B Incremental Funding will occur, subject to the conditions of the Certificate Purchase Agreement, on the next Distribution Date or on the date of any Class A Incremental Funding pursuant to paragraph (a) above by delivering a Notice of Incremental Funding (as defined in the Certificate Purchase Agreement) executed by the Seller and the Servicer to the Class B Certificateholders, specifying the amount of such Class B Incremental Funding and the Business Date upon which such Class B Incremental Funding is to occur. Upon the occurrence of any Class B Incremental Funding, the Class B Floating Allocation Percentage, the Class B Investor Interest, the Floating Allocation Percentage, the Class B Funded Amount and the Investor Interest shall increase as provided herein.
