Common use of Class B Interest Clause in Contracts

Class B Interest. Second, withdraw from the Interest Funding Account (and, if applicable, the Defeasance Account) to the extent of the funds available therein remaining after giving effect to the withdrawal pursuant to subsection 4.8(a)(i), and deposit into the Distribution Account for payment to Class B Certificateholders, an amount equal to the interest accrued on each Tranche of the Class B Principal Balance at the applicable Tranche Rate for the period of time such Tranche was outstanding during the Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Distribution Date (the "CLASS B INTEREST" for such Interest Accrual Period) PLUS any Class B Interest due with respect to any prior Interest Accrual Period pursuant to this subsection but not previously deposited in the Distribution Account plus interest on such undeposited amounts as described in clause (3) of subsection 4.6(a)(ii). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Class B Interest shall be payable or distributable to Class B Certificateholders only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
