Common use of Class B Warrants Clause in Contracts

Class B Warrants. On the Closing Date, the Company will issue Class B Warrants to the Subscriber in the form of EXHIBIT C hereto. Ten (10) Class B Warrants will be issued for each one dollar of Purchase Price paid on the Closing Date ("Warrants"). The per Warrant Share exercise price to acquire a Warrant Share upon exercise of a Class B Warrant shall be $2.00. The Class B Warrants will be exercisable for two (2) years after the Closing Date. The Class B Warrants will not be exercisable on a cashless basis. Collectively, the Class A Warrants and Class B Warrants are referred to herein as "Warrants."
