Class C Member. The Class C Member shall be The Summit Group, Inc. The Class C Membership Interests owned by The Summit Group, Inc. shall be subject to increase in the event additional Membership Interests of the Company are issued, as further described in Article 8. The Class C Member has voting rights as allowed herein, and is not entitled to a Priority Return.
