Class C Non-Equity Interests Clause Samples

The 'Class C Non-Equity Interests' clause defines a specific category of financial interests in a company that do not confer ownership or equity rights. Typically, holders of Class C Non-Equity Interests may be entitled to certain financial returns, such as fixed payments or dividends, but they do not have voting rights or claims to residual assets upon liquidation. This clause clarifies the rights and limitations associated with these interests, ensuring that both the company and the holders understand that these instruments are distinct from equity and do not dilute ownership or control.
