Class Certification for Settlement Purposes. Pursuant to Rule 23(e)(1)(B)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and solely for purposes of effectuating the proposed Settlement, the Court preliminarily certifies a Settlement Class consisting of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired ▇▇▇▇▇ River common stock during the period from February 22, 2019 through October 25, 2021, inclusive (the “Class Period”), and who were damaged thereby.
