Class Distribution Sample Clauses

The Class Distribution clause defines how shares or interests are allocated among different classes of stakeholders within an entity. It typically outlines the proportions or conditions under which profits, dividends, or assets are distributed to each class, such as common versus preferred shareholders. This clause ensures that the rights and entitlements of each class are clearly delineated, preventing disputes and providing transparency in the distribution process.
Class Distribution. Every effort will be made to resolve, on a departmental level, through the cooperative effort of all department members, problems arising in connection with distribution of preparations and ability levels. No teacher shall teach more than three (3) consecutive assignments without the teacher's consent. An effort should be made to minimize teacher preparations to three (3) except where numerous course selections or special circumstances exist. Every ability level constitutes a preparation.
Class Distribution. A. At the beginning of the year, students will be grouped heterogeneously and, with every effort made by administration, an equal distribution of academic abilities per classroom. B. This language does not apply to split classes.
Class Distribution. If IEP students are at least 25% of the overall population per class period and/or assignment, teachers will be compensated using the following mathematical formula used to determine the compensation per semester. Teachers who teach in a co-teaching classroom or have an inclusion teacher in their room will not be eligible for compensation for that class or period. Step 1 Number of IEP students divided by the total number of students in class. Step 2 Take number calculated by Step 1 and multiply by 100. Step 3 Number calculated is percentage of IEP students in a class. The percent of IEP students in class shall be rounded to the nearest whole number. The “Rounding Rule” of mathematics shall be used at all times. A digit in the tenths column of 5 (five) or higher shall increase the digit in the ones column by an increment of one (1). For example, six (6) IEP students in a class of twenty-one (21) total students would result in step 2 calculation of .285 multiplied by 100, resulting in the step 3 calculation of 28.5%, which would then be rounded up to 29%. Once the calculated percentage for compensation of IEP students is calculated, the following rates will be used for compensation to the teacher at the end of each semester. 29% - 32% = $100 33% - 36% = $150 37% - 40% = $200 41% - 44% = $250 45% - 48% = $300 49% - 52% = $350 53% - 56% = $400 57% - 60% = $450 Teachers will be compensated at the end of each semester. The teacher will be compensated if the IEP student is in class the first five weeks of the student’s enrollment per semester regardless of movement. Upon agreement with the teacher, the building administrator shall be required to provide individual class roster documentation to the Superintendent.
Class Distribution. Assignment and distribution of children for the next grade level will be determined in conference by teachers and the building principal. Reassignment of students will occur only after a meeting with parents, administration and the current teacher take place. Where practicable, a one school-day notice of new students will be provided to teachers.
