Class Generic Claims. To the extent Biogen Idec intends to make any claims in a Product label or regulatory filing that are class generic to ASOs, Biogen Idec will provide such claims and regulatory filings to Isis in advance and will consider in good faith any proposals and comments made by Isis, provided, however, that Biogen Idec is not obligated to incorporate such proposals and comments in any such claims and regulatory filings.
