Class Grievance. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of employees which has common issues of fact and law, the Association may initiate and submit such grievance in writing at the Superintendent’s level of the grievance procedure set forth in this Article. The Association may process such grievance through all levels of the grievance procedure.

Class Grievance. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of employees, and/or if this affected group or class of employees which has common issues of fact and laware supervised by different individuals, the Association may initiate and submit such grievance in writing to the Superintendent directly and the processing of such grievance shall be commenced at the Superintendent’s level of the grievance procedure set forth in this ArticleLevel Two. The Association may process such a grievance through all levels of the grievance procedureprocedure even though the aggrieved person does not wish to do so.
