Class Information a. Drawing & Painting classes are 50-minutes in length. b. Ceramics classes are 80-minutes in length. c. Students enrolled in the Drawing & Painting Program will alternate between a drawing and a painting class. d. There is no guaranteed number of completed pieces per year. Each student has a unique set of abilities and according to those abilities they will paint/draw/build at their own pace.

Class Information. Within 14 calendar days after the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, AMC shall provide the Administrator with the Class Information for purposes of mailing Notice Packets to Class Members. Class Counsel shall not receive a copy of the Class Information.

Class Information. All class timetables are correct at time of publishing. If your class time/location changes, We will inform You in writing. We reserve the right to cancel a block of classes. In this instance, We will offer You either an alternative to attend or a refund will be given for any remaining classes after the cancellation.

Class Information. Defendants agree to provide the Settlement Administrator and Class Counsel relevant data and information, to which it has reasonably non-burdensome and legal access sufficient to confirm the membership in the Class and the accuracy of the Class List. If an individual who is not on the Class List receives a notification regarding the Settlement before the Final Approval Hearing, and that individual notifies the Parties of the individual’s desire to take part in the distribution from the Settlement Fund, the Parties will meet and confer regarding adding that individual to the Class List. If the Parties agree to add that individual to the Class List, he or she shall become a Settlement Class Member for all purposes under this Agreement. Class Counsel understands that there may be data privacy, data ownership, and other contractual and legal restrictions and regulations in various jurisdictions, including those in which Class Members may reside, and Defendants agree to use their reasonable best efforts to provide such data and information in a format, manner and protocol as reasonably defined by the Settlement Administrator, consistent with legal obligations, and as approved by the Parties. The Representative Plaintiff, Class Counsel, and Settlement Class acknowledge and agree that Defendants are providing the Class List to Class Counsel and the Settlement Administrator solely for the purpose of effecting the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and that the Class List (and information derived from the Class List) shall not be used, disseminated, or disclosed by or to any other person for any other purpose. By creating the Class List, Defendants are not admitting liability with respect to the Settlement Class Members or that the Court could certify a class in a contested litigation posture. If the Settlement Agreement is terminated for any of the reasons identified in this Settlement Agreement, the Representative Plaintiff, Class Counsel, and Settlement Administrator shall immediately destroy any and all copies of the Class List and any materials substantially re-creating the information in the Class List.

Class Information. Courses run from Monday to Friday and are scheduled in the morning and/or afternoon depending on location. EC reserves the right to change timetable structure. EC reserves the right to use classrooms in alternative premises of a similar standard. Special focus classes, free language workshops and language activities may vary between centres and are subject to change due to availability. One-to-One lessons are dependent on availability of staff and classroom space and will be scheduled accordingly. Lessons may be offered outside of regular class times and are subject to teacher and classroom availability. One-to-One lessons reserved with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated Any class, One-to-One that is cancelled by EC will be entitled to a full refund. English in the City - some activities outside of the classroom may incur extra costs for transport and/or admission. All activities which include extra fees are optional and students may opt out if they choose not to pay the extra fees.

Class Information. Within twenty-one (21) calendar days after service of an order granting preliminary approval of this Agreement, the Parties shall provide the Settlement Administrator with the Class Information for purposes of calculating Compensable Shifts and Eligible Pay Periods and mailing Notice Packets to Class Members and PAGA Members. The Settlement Administrator shall maintain the Class Information, and all data contained within the Class Information, as private and confidential and shall not disclose such data to any persons or entities, unless otherwise required by law. The information in the Class Information is being supplied solely for purposes of the administration of the settlement and cannot be used by the Settlement Administrator or any agent or representative of the Settlement Administrator for any other purpose.

This allows the website to give only a subset of students in an account access to an assignment. Disclosure, review, transfer, and ownership of PII is subject to our Privacy Policy and to the provisions explained below. One of the best part of Storyboard That is making storyboards, and students and teachers alike have a desire to download their creations. When viewing a storyboard, a storyboard can be printed out or downloaded in a variety of digital formats. Please see our Storyboard Copyright and FAQ page for an understanding of the extensive uses we permit. Once downloaded we have no ability to control or monitor what is in the storyboard, or how it is shared. Since we collect minimal PII, we have no way to contact users outside of the admin. We will happily work with a school admin to provide any and all data that is relative to their account. We will also provide any data to any valid legal, regulatory, or judicial request.
