Class List. I hereby agree to the distribution of our names, address, email address, and phone number to the other parents of children enrolled in Lord of Life Preschool-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. I hereby agree to not utilize the class list for commercial purposes. The preschool agrees to not distribute the class list for commercial purposes. I understand that I may opt out of sharing all or portions of this information by notifying the Preschool Office in writing.
Class List. The Class List will include all individuals in the Notification List, as well as any Existing Class Members identified by Plaintiffs in accordance with Section IV.E of this Agreement.
